ADHD

Natalie, a co-founder at The London Wellbeing Clinic, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience.

She started her Psychotherapy journey in 2009, working extensively with the NHS and private practices across the country. Her true passion emerged in 2017 when she became a mother, leading her to focus on assisting women and mothers in navigating the transitions between work, motherhood, and personal growth. With 15 years of experience working with women and a background as a CBT therapist, Natalie offers invaluable support during these pivotal life stages.

James began his journey in therapeutic communities, where he specialised in treating clients with complex and enduring mental health issues.

Since 2008, James has been a practiced Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and has honed his skills in helping clients overcome Depression and Anxiety. He continues to serve in the NHS, where he currently provides CBT in a Specialist Eating Disorders Service. Alongside his clinical work, James offers valuable clinical supervision in CBT, rounding out his extensive expertise in the mental health field. With James, you have a trusted professional committed to your well-being and growth.

Yes we do! We are recognised practitioners with a number of different insurance companies and may accept insurance funded courses of treatment from most providers. Please contact us to verify if your insurance plan is accepted and to understand how the billing process works.
